Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 Shipping

• Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
•  Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.
•  Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Green Bay, Wisconsin by appointment only. After your purchase, we’ll contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier. NOVELLE is not responsible for delays once a package has been shipped.
